Module Access: Quality Managers
To unlock a user account, you will need to:
- Log in to ProjeX as Quality Manager
- Go to Control Panel > Users
- Click on the linked relevant user account
- You can change the account Status field to either of Active, Inactive, Pending, Suspended or Locked, as required
- Click on Update User record to change the User status
- Please remember to inform the user of the change in their Account Status
