Module Access: Quality Managers


To unlock a user account, you will need to:

  • Log in to ProjeX as Quality Manager
  • Go to Control Panel > Users
  • Click on the linked relevant user account
  • You can change the account Status field to either of Active, Inactive, Pending, Suspended or Locked, as required
  • Click on Update User record to change the User status
  • Please remember to inform the user of the change in their Account Status
