The dashboard is your landing page upon logging in to ProjeX.
The dashboard displays a combination of Quality Activities, Audit Reports and SIRs tailored to your user profile
- Quality Managers: View and manage all activity across the organisation
- CEOs:View all activity across the organisation
- Department Manager (DM): The Dashboard displays the following information,
- Quality Activities, which meet the following criteria
- Open/In Progress with Due Dates based on the 5 sections (coloured tabs), and
- Assigned to either the logged in user (DM), or to an individual within their managed department/s
- Audit Reports, which meet the following criteria
- Open/In Progress with Due Dates based on the 5 sections (coloured tabs), and
- Audit Reports created for their managed department/s or assigned to the logged in user (DM)
- Service Improvement Requests (SIRs), which meet the following criteria
- Open/In Progress with Due Dates based on the 5 sections (coloured tabs), and
- Assigned to either the logged in user (DM), or to an individual within their managed department/s
